What was the hassle you had rendering Chasm's Call? I'd love to hear more about that process, your entry looked great. I still can't manage to get Unreal to that level visually

Thanks Ryan ! Will try to pop more content around this one maybe after the cookies series.
Mostly my long time issue with unreal render : plenty of things will look great in viewport as preview... But once pushing to render final res with better antialiasing, that's where things tend to drive me crazy : disappearing shadows, GI flickering, Geometry crapping with nanite. The more complex is the scene, topping things up with PCG, Volumetric, Folliage, etc... the more it gets tricky to debug.

Nice write-up, thanks! Would be great to get your thoughts on using Houdini and Unreal together some time since you're coming from a Houdini background. So many ways to mix their workflows for VFX. Gets confusing what works, what's better and such.

That's a good idea, thanks for the topic suggestion ;)
I'm not qualified to answer about all aspects of what's better (animation being one), but can do some research about it, see if can gather feedback.
